Return & refund policy

Check order status


After an order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your email will contain the tracking number, your shipping address, your order number and any other changes to your order. Use the order number to check your most current order status. Click on “My Orders” from the My Account drop-down menu and type in your order number and postal code. If we need your help to resolve any problems with your order, we’ll contact you by phone or email. Please keep in mind, the Order Status information does not necessarily represent the final order—if any changes were made due to product availability, payment authorization issue, tax or coupons.


Cancel order


If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-855-873-3663. Please keep in mind that most orders are transmitted almost immediately to the warehouse, where they are processed and shipped out. We’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been transmitted to the warehouse for shipping, we won’t be able to make changes to the order and it will ship as is. and any changes will be made on the next shipment, If you cannot call us, please send us an email and we’ll make the necessary adjustments as noted above.


Returns and Exchanges


Please check your Toner/Ink against your printer model number for accuracy before opening. Unopened, defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued for concerns dealt after the 16th date of purchase.


 Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages


Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and cartridge numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 15 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.


Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. However, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $99.


Refund Timeline


Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
